1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic Shipping: All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • International Shipping: Selected countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom-built PCs and bulk orders may require additional processing time, depending on the complexity of the configuration.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time

We offer multiple shipping options based on customer preferences:

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Free standard shipping may be available for orders exceeding a specified amount (as advertised on our website).
  • International shipping rates may include additional customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
  • Customers can track their orders through the carrier’s website using the tracking information provided.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  • Some products may have shipping restrictions due to regulations in certain locations (e.g., lithium batteries, hazardous materials).
  • BYTERIGPC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance for international orders.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • For damaged items, please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to initiate a claim.
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, changes may not be possible if the order has already been shipped.
  • If an order is canceled after shipment, the customer must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
