1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- Domestic Shipping: All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International Shipping: Selected countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom-built PCs and bulk orders may require additional processing time, depending on the complexity of the configuration.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time
We offer multiple shipping options based on customer preferences:

- Free standard shipping may be available for orders exceeding a specified amount (as advertised on our website).
- International shipping rates may include additional customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
- Customers can track their orders through the carrierโs website using the tracking information provided.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
- Some products may have shipping restrictions due to regulations in certain locations (e.g., lithium batteries, hazardous materials).
- BYTERIGPC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance for international orders.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- For damaged items, please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to initiate a claim.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, changes may not be possible if the order has already been shipped.
- If an order is canceled after shipment, the customer must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
